Day 24: Full First Series
... oh, it's been long since I last did the full first.
The Teacher is back, and for me it's "back to normal routine now", end with the whining and fussing around. Full practice min two, rather 3-4 times a week, and gradually back to the beginning of 2nd series when I feel ready.
But I like the daily 10-minute morning sun sal routine. I think I'll try to keep it going even after the WoYoPracMo! It feels different to go to work after that: somehow the bones are in better places.
I got the stick today! During Urdhva Dhanurasana, the Teacher was pointing at the place of attention in my back by holding a stick under my back: somewhere between the kidneys and shoulder blades.
